ELIGIBILITY: Roundabout subscribers to the 2008-2009 season who have submitted valid email addresses by phone, mail, or online and who have not “Opted-Out” of Roundabout’s email club before the first of each month are automatically entered in the contest. No one else may enter. Winner must be age 18 or older on the date of the drawing. Employees or agents of Roundabout Theatre Company and members of its Board of Directors, and the immediate family and household members of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to win. Winners are not eligible for subsequent drawings.
WINNER SELECTION: Drawing to be held monthly on or around the fifteenth of the month, beginning in October, 2008 and running through August, 2009. Winners will be randomly selected. The odds of winning prizes depend upon the number of eligible entries. For a copy of the winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Subscriber Monthly Drawing: Roundabout Theatre Company; 231 West 39th St, Suite 1200; New York, NY 10018. Prizes will be awarded to the owner of the email address on the subscription account. The winner may have to show proof of being the authorized email account holder, and will be required to fill out a W-9 form and provide proof of age. Prize winners will be notified by email. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable or is otherwise unsuccessful or if the prize winner does not accept the prize via e-mail within five business days after the e-mail notification is sent, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Please ensure that your spam blocker is not blocking email from us – Roundabout is not responsible for undelivered notifications. The name of the prize recipient for each drawing will be publicly posted on the Internet at MyRoundabout.org, but email addresses and other identifying information will not be posted. Subscribers will be notified by email when the winner has been posted.
OTHER RULES: Roundabout is the sole authority regarding the contest rules and drawing results, and all of its decisions are final. Roundabout reserves the right to modify the scheduling of drawings without prior notice, and to terminate or suspend drawings without notice at any time and for any reason. Roundabout expressly disclaims any responsibility for, and by accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold Roundabout harmless from, any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with (i) participation in drawings, (ii) any printing or typographical errors in materials associated with drawings, any incorrect or inaccurate information utilized in drawings and any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of drawings, (iii) any condition caused by events beyond Roundabout’s control that may cause a drawing to be disrupted or corrupted, and (iv) the delivery, acceptance and/or subsequent use or misuse of any prize awarded; including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. By accepting a prize, the winner also agrees to have his or her name posted on the myroundabout.org website and in other Roundabout marketing materials, without further financial or other compensation. Void where prohibited by law. Drawings are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Winners are responsible for any federal, state and local taxes. Cash redemption or substitution not permitted. Information concerning the award of the prize and the prize winner may be reported on Form 1099 to the IRS. Prizes will be delivered to the home address of the winners.
